Order processing and delivery time

Order processing - most of our items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within 3 to 5 days. Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment
is completed.

Please note delivery time in some countries by Post can be longer than 20 business days. 

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to
differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may
affect how quickly your product is inspected.


Note: Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like
customs, flights, weather, etc which are uncontrollable. Please be patient
and you will receive the parcel.

International taxes for orders outside the EU

Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
