Returns & Refunds 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, unless an exemption applies.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

2. Returning Your Item

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store, but you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), or you provide proof that they have been sent back (whichever comes first), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Your refund includes:

  • the full purchase price of the returned item(s); and
  • the original standard minimal shipping cost paid for the order.

Additional charges for express, priority, or premium delivery services are not refundable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • products manufactured to your specifications;
  • cut-to-length linen fabric;
  • fabric samples;
  • gift cards;
  • sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery;
  • perishable goods; and
  • any other products exempt under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Please note that linen bedding made to order, final sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not conform to the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

7. How to Return an Item

When returning an item, please use a shipping carrier of your choice.

Include the completed return form with:

  • your full name,
  • email address,
  • order number, and
  • reason for the return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Items lost during return transit cannot be refunded.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour after payment, provided that production or order processing has not yet begun.

After this period, cancellation requests may not be possible, particularly for personalized or made-to-order products. EU customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal for unfulfilled orders outside this window should contact us directly at info@linencharm.com.
