Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will complete the return process within 30 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team will get in touch to discuss further details.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
NOTE: We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, fabric samples, linen bedding, Cut-to-length linen fabric, and custom orders. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW TO SEND BACK AN ITEM?

When sending back an item, use a carrier of your choice. Make sure to fill out the return form that’s been included with your purchase: provide your full name, email address, order number, and reason for return or exchange. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
